Ulrich FräbelGeneral Manager of Hybrid AeroTech GmbH
EASA independent external expert for aircraft; Senior Certification Expert for aircraft engines, aircraft and UAV with comprehensive knowledge and expertise based upon 25 years of experience in development, flight testing, safety assessments and certification of complex and safety relevant aviation systems.
Most of his worklife, Mr. Fräbel has spent as flight test engineer with Airbus and with RollsRoyce Aviation Engines.
At RollsRoyce, Mr. Fräbel has been responsible for EASA-Certification of monocore superscalar microprocessor chips.
Dr. Holger HanischGeneral Manager of Wankel SuperTec GmbH
Dr. Hanisch (born 1968) has been general manager of Wankel SuperTec GmbH since July 2018. He studied law in Germany, the United States and China
After 14 years in China, Dr. Hanisch has been living in Germany again since 2012. He has 20 years of management experience with a focus on legal advice, joint ventures, corporate finance, administration and business development Dr. Hanisch has been working on the development of hydrogen-powered drive systems for electric vehicles since 2008.

In addition to its management team, HAT presently has the following resources:

- 1 highly experienced licensed test pilot
- Support from the entire WST team (R&D, Electronics, Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, Admin, Marketing, Finance)
- Access to all WST facilities (total 10,000 sqm)
- Engine test benches
- Work shops
- Production equipment
- Logistics areas & warehouses
- Open-air testing ground
Over the coming years, HAT will build up its own facilities and resources, becoming operational fully independent of WST
